Our lines are all installed by experienced BT Openreach engineers, the same engineers who have been trained and employed by British Telecom.
Our staff will liaise with you to ensure your order is installed as quickly as possible and we will also ensure that any other work that we may be conducting for you such as the installation of a telephone system is completed in line with your telephone lines going live.

All our lines include the option of total care support which will ensure you can contact our fault centre 247 in case of emergency. The fault will be reported in the normal way and if necessary an engineer visit will be arranged, usually within 4 working hours.
